About

We’re building the meal planner we wished existed.

Most calorie apps treat you like a contestant — neon graphs, fire emojis, a streak counter that breaks if you miss one day. They’re built for the small percentage of users who are already gym-fluent and want to optimize. Everyone else either churns out or feels worse.

Meal Planner is for the other 80%. People who know what they want to weigh, broadly know what to eat, and need one calm system to keep the numbers honest. A plan they didn’t have to think about by Wednesday afternoon. A log they don’t hate. A weekly note that reads like a friend, not a coach.

The interface looks like a recipe book on purpose. The voice is the dietitian who reviews your week with you, not the one running a 6 AM bootcamp. The streak grace is one missed day per week, because life.

We build slowly. We don’t add a feature unless it earns its place against the calm rule. We never email you more than once a week without your permission.

If that’s the meal planner you wished existed too — welcome.
